Alexandar Donski (born August 1, 1998 in Philadelphia , Pennsylvania ) is a Bulgarian tennis player .

Career

Alexandar Donski already played on the Junior Tour between 2012 and 2016 with a balanced record. He achieved his best ranking in the junior world rankings in October 2016 with 92nd place.

He played his first professional tournament in 2015 on the third-rate ITF Future Tour . However, he had only two wins in his 11 singles tournaments and only six wins in doubles. In the world rankings he was placed beyond the top 1500 in singles, while in doubles he has not yet been able to collect any world ranking points.

In 2018 Donski made his debut on the ATP World Tour in singles and doubles . In Sofia he received a wild card from the tournament officials . In singles he was defeated by Martin Kližan in two sets, in doubles he played with Dimitar Kusmanow and lost to Scott Lipsky and Divij Sharan at the beginning .

Donski is also known for his YouTube channel, which he runs with his cousin Lasar Dokow and where he documents everyday life on the tennis tour.
