Lorenzo Sonego  (born May 11,   1995  in Turin  ) is an Italian   tennis player  .
Career  
Sonego mainly plays on the Future Tour  , where he has won two singles and two doubles so far. He celebrated his first success on the ATP Challenger Tour  in 2017 in Ortisei in Val Gardena  , when he defeated Tim Pütz  in two sets in the final .
In 2016  he made his debut on the ATP World Tour  in Rome  at the Internazionali BNL d'Italia 2016  with a wildcard  . He met Portuguese  João Sousa  , to whom he lost in three sets. After winning the title in  Genoa  , he made it into the top 100 in the  world  for the first time with 90th place .
