Lucas Gómez (born August 11, 1995 in Tijuana ) is a Mexican tennis player .

Career

Gómez mainly plays on the ITF Future Tour , where he has won two titles each in singles and doubles. In 2016 he made his debut on the ATP World Tour in Acapulco at the Abierto Mexicano Telcel with a wildcard . He lost in the opening round to Víctor Estrella 4-6, 2-6.

In 2013 Gómez played for the Mexican Davis Cup team for the first time in the match against Paraguay . His balance so far is 1: 4, in which all games were played individually.
