The Thailand Open 2013 was a tennis tournament that took place from September 21 to 29, 2013 in Bangkok . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2013 and was played on hard court. In the same week the Malaysian Open was played in Kuala Lumpur , which, like the Thailand Open, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in singles was Richard Gasquet , in doubles Lu Yen-hsun and Danai Udomchoke .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round.

Qualification for the Thailand Open 2013 took place from September 21 to 23, 2013. Four qualifying places were played that entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
