The US National Indoor Tennis Championships 2013 was a tennis tournament of the ATP World Tour 2013 , which was played on an indoor hard court in Memphis from February 16 to 24, 2013 . In the same week, the Open 13 was played in Marseille and the Copa Claro in Buenos Aires . In contrast to the US National Indoor Tennis Championships 2013, these tournaments do not belong to the ATP World Tour 500 category, but to the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Last year's individual winner, Jürgen Melzer , was eliminated in the first round. This year, the Japanese Kei Nishikori won , who remained without a set loss during the entire tournament. He defeated the Spaniard Feliciano López 6-2 and 6-3 in the final . For Nishikori it was the second title in this category and his third title on the ATP Tour. The double won the year before Max Mirny and Daniel Nestor . Mirny played this year at the side of Horia Tecău and was eliminated in the first round, Nestor reached the semifinals together with Łukasz Kubot , in which they were subject to the American duo James Blake and Jack Sock . In the final , they had to admit defeat to their compatriots Bob and Mike Bryan by 1: 6 and 2: 6. For the Bryan brothers it was the third title this year and already the 85th career title on the ATP Tour.

The field of participants in the singles and doubles competition consisted of 32 players each.
