The US National Indoor Tennis Championships 2014 were a tennis tournament of the ATP World Tour 2014 , which was played on an indoor hard court in Memphis from February 8 to 16, 2014 . In the same week, the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament was played in Rotterdam and the Copa Claro was played in Buenos Aires . The latter, like the US National Indoor Tennis Championships 2014, belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category , while the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament 2014 belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Last year's winner Kei Nishikori was able to confidently defend his title. In the final, he defeated Ivo Karlović in straight sets and won his quarter of an individual title on the ATP World Tour. The brothers Bob and Mike Bryan won doubles last year. They made it to the final again this year, but had to admit defeat to the duo Eric Butorac and Raven Klaasen .

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, the double competition consisted of 16 pairings.

The qualification for the US National Indoor Tennis Championships 2014 took place on February 8th and 9th, 2014. Four places were played that allowed participation in the main draw of the tournament.
