Telmo Manacorda

Telmo Manacorda (born April 22, 1893 in Salto or Rivera , † November 28, 1954 in Montevideo ) was a Uruguayan politician , writer essayist, critic and historian.

Manacorda was director of the Museo Histórico Nacional from 1921 to 1934 . He was also director of the "Revista Histórica". Manacorda, a member of the Partido Nacional , held a mandate as a deputy deputy in Cámara de Representantes in the 32nd legislative period as representative of the Montevideo department from June 11, 1934 to May 24, 1938 .
