The Delray Beach Open 2014 was a tennis tournament that took place in Delray Beach from February 17 to February 23, 2014 . It was part of the 2014 ATP World Tour and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Open 13 was played in Marseille and the Rio Open in Rio de Janeiro . However, in contrast to the Open 13, which belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category, these belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

The defending champion Ernests Gulbis competed in the tournament in Marseille that same week and was able to win it. In Delray Beach this year Marin Čilić won the title, who was able to win his second title this year. In doubles, the pairing James Blake and Jack Sock were the defending champions. That year the brothers Bob and Mike Bryan won the title. They won the final against František Čermák and Michail Jelgin in straight sets.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs.
