The Delray Beach International Tennis Championships 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from February 22nd to 28th, 2010 in Delray Beach . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played outdoors on hard courts. In the same week the Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships were played in Dubai and the Abierto Mexicano Telcel in Acapulco . However, in contrast to the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships, which belonged to the ATP World Tour 250 category, these belonged to the ATP World Tour 500 category .

Defending champion in singles was Mardy Fish , who was eliminated in the semifinals that year. Ernests Gulbis won the individual competition , in the final he was able to defeat Ivo Karlović 6: 2, 6: 3. This was the first title for Gulbis on the ATP World Tour. In doubles, Bob and Mike Bryan were the defending champions, who in turn won the tournament. In the final they defeated the German-Slovenian duo Philipp Marx and Igor Zelenay in two sets and secured their 58th joint title.

The field of participants in the individual competition consisted of 32 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. Total prize money was $ 442,500 and total financial liabilities were $ 500,000.

The qualification took place from February 20-22, 2010. Four qualifying places were played, which entitle them to participate in the main draw of the tournament.
