The Hubble Township is one of 10 townships in Cape Girardeau County in the southeast of the US -amerikanischen state of Missouri .
geography
The Hubble Township is about 15 km west of the Mississippi , which forms the border with Illinois . The mouth of the Ohio near Cairo at the intersection of the states of Missouri, Illinois and Kentucky is around 80 km to the southeast.
The Hubble Township is 37 ° 17'11 "north latitude and 89 ° 43'05" west longitude and extends over 147.02 km², which is spread over 146.64 km² of land and 0.38 km² of water.
On the southern edge of the township, the Headwater Diversion Channel flows in an easterly direction, an artificially created flood channel that takes in a number of other rivers in addition to the Castor River and flows into the Mississippi south of the city of Cape Girardeau.
The Hubble Township borders within Cape Girardeau County in the north on the Byrd Township , in the east on the Cape Girardeau Township , in the south on the Welch Township , in the west on the Liberty Township and in the northeast on the Kinder Township .

Missouri State Route 25 runs through the west of the township in a north-south direction . There are also a number of other subordinate roads, some of which are unpaved.
The nearest airport is Cape Girardeau Regional Airport, around 20 km southeast of the township .
