The Kremlin Cup 2010 was a tennis tournament that took place from October 18 to 24, 2010 in the Olimpijski in Moscow . It was part of the ATP World Tour 2010 and was played indoors on a hard court. In the same week, the If Stockholm Open was played in Stockholm , which, like the Kremlin Cup, was part of the ATP World Tour 250 category .

Defending champion in the singles was Mikhail Juschny , who was unable to take part in this year's tournament due to a virus infection. For him, Paul-Henri Mathieu moved up into the tournament as a lucky loser . In the singles Viktor Troicki won against Marcos Baghdatis in three sets with 3: 6, 6: 4 and 6: 3. He won his first career title in his third final. Baghdatis was in its tenth final. The defending champions in doubles were Pablo Cuevas and Marcel Granollers , who no longer competed together this year. While Cuevas failed in the quarterfinals with Michael Craig Russell , Granollers did not appear at all. In the final Igor Kunizyn and Dmitri Tursunow won against the individual winners Viktor Troicki and Janko Tipsarević . For Kunitsyn it was the only double title of his career, for Tursunow already the fifth title.

The field of participants in the single competition consisted of 28 players, that of the doubles competition consisted of 16 pairs. The four top seeded players in the singles each got a bye into the second round. The total prize pool was $ 1,000,000 and total financial liabilities were $ 1,080,500.
