Women's doubles of the US Open 2010 .

The defending champions were Serena and Venus Williams , who were unable to compete this year due to an injury to Serena. The final contested Vania King and Yaroslava Shvedova against Liezel Huber and Nadia Petrova , which King and Shvedova won in three sets. This was their first triumph at the US Open and their second joint Grand Slam title overall.
