Olha Mykolaivna Savchuk ( Ukrainian Ольга Миколаївна Савчук ; born September 20, 1987 in Donetsk , Ukrainian SSR , USSR ) is a former Ukrainian tennis player .
Career
Savchuk, who started tennis at the age of seven, became a professional player in 2004. She played 26 games for the Ukrainian Fed Cup team , in which she celebrated 20 wins. She won her first WTA title in Tashkent in 2008 at the side of Ioana Raluca Olaru . Six years later she won her second title with Julija Bejhelsymer in Katowice . She also won three singles and seven doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit . Her best performance in a Grand Slam tournament came in 2006 at the Australian Open , when she reached the third round in singles. After the US Open 2018, she ended her career.
