Bromma
Bromma is one of Stockholm's districts to the west of the city. Bromma is located between the inner city districts of Kungsholmen and Liljeholmen and the western outskirts of Hässelby-Vällingby and Spånga-Tensta . Bromma has around 75,000 inhabitants.
Originally, Bromma was a village that was located around the 12th century church . The lovely Ulvsunda Castle has existed since 1647 . In 1914, Bromma was connected to Stockholm by tram and was finally incorporated in 1916.
Stockholm / Bromma Airport was built here in 1936 and is used to handle national and international air traffic to and from Stockholm.
Bromma is also home to the Solvalla harness racing track and the Ålstensgatan terraced housing estate .
