Heléne Christina Louise Dahlberg-Fryklund (born August 26, 1971 in Bromma ) is a former Swedish biathlete .

Heléne Dahlberg works as a hairdresser. She lives in Torsby and started for the local association Skidklubben Bore . She began biathlon in 1988 and took part in an international biathlon championship for the first time as part of the 1993 World Championships in Borowetz and was 65th of the individual as well as ninth in the team race alongside Catarina Eklund , Eva-Karin Westin and Christina Eklund . In the 1992/93 season , Dahlberg also achieved her best international career result as 13th in a sprint in Östersund . It was the only place the Swede had in the points. At the end and high point of her career, she took part in the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer , where Dahlberg was only used in the relay race. At the side of Eva-Karin Westin, Catarina Eklund and Maria Schylander , she reached ninth place as the final runner.
