Älvsjö
Älvsjö is a district in the south of Stockholm and currently has around 22,000 inhabitants.

The city district is divided into the following districts.
Älvsjö
This district is best known for the Stockholm Fair located here . Around 50 exhibitions are held annually in the halls, which are located directly at Älvsjö regional train station. The residential buildings in the district were built from 1909 after the station was completed.
Jostling
Herringen is a hilly area in which there are almost exclusively smaller houses and villas . The district has belonged to Stockholm since 1930, but has been built on according to plan since 1908.
Liseberg
With an area of 38 hectares, Liseberg is the smallest district south of downtown Stockholm. The name comes from a farm that was in this area.
Långsjö
This district is named after a lake located here. In Långsjö there are almost exclusively villas that were built after 1910.
Solberga
Solberga emerged as an area with small houses, but many tenement houses were built here between 1950 and 1953. Until 1969, several multi-storey buildings were built here, which were part of the Stockholm million program .
Långbro
This district also consists mainly of villas.
