The defending champions were Carly Gullickson and Travis Parrott . In the final, Liezel Huber and Bob Bryan defeated Květa Peschke and Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi in straight sets. This was their first joint triumph at the US Open and their second joint Grand Slam title overall, Bryan had also won the US Open three times before with other partners.
