The mixed doubles of the Australian Open 2010 .

The defending champions were Sania Mirza and Mahesh Bhupathi . In the final, met Cara Black and Leander Paes on Ekaterina Makarova and Jaroslav Levinský . Black and Paes won in straight sets; it was their first joint triumph at the Australian Open (Paes had already won mixed in 2003) and their second joint Grand Slam title.
