Beatrice Capra (born April 6, 1992 in Baltimore , Maryland ) is a former American tennis player . She won a single tournament and, with alternating partners, two doubles tournaments of the ITF circuit. She celebrated her greatest sporting success in 2010 when she moved into the third round of the US Open , where she was eliminated without a game against Marija Sharapova .

She played her last tournament in October 2015 in Florence , South Carolina , where she lost 4-6 and 3-6 to Chiara Scholl in the third qualifying round .
