Alicja Rosolska (born December 1, 1985 in Warsaw ) is a Polish tennis player .

Career

Rosolska, who prefers hard courts according to the ITF profile, has been playing doubles with her compatriot Klaudia Jans on a regular basis since 2005 - including in the Polish Fed Cup team . Her record now shows 21 wins out of ten defeats (only doubles). Since September 2013 she has only competed in doubles or mixed on the women's tour.

However , she won her first title on the WTA Tour in Viña del Mar in 2008 with Līga Dekmeijere , when the two Marija Korytzewa and Julia Schruff defeated 7: 5, 6: 3 in the final. In 2009 Rosolska won her first tournament victory in Marbella with Klaudia Jans (since her marriage in 2011 Jans-Ignacik). The Polish doubles defeated the pairing Anabel Medina Garrigues and Virginia Ruano Pascual . At the side of Medina Garrigues, Rosolska secured WTA title number three in Budapest in 2011 , just like the two previous tournament victories on clay. In March 2015 she won her first title on hard court; In the final of the WTA tournament in Monterrey , Mexico , she defeated together with the Canadian Gabriela Dabrowski the sisters Anastassija and Arina Rodionowa, who played for Australia .
