The Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships 2010 were a tennis tournament of the WTA Tour 2010 for women and a tennis tournament of the ATP World Tour 2010 for men in Dubai . The WTA women's tournament took place from February 15 to 21, 2010, the ATP men's tournament from February 22 to 27, 2010.

Defending champion in the singles was Novak Đoković in the men and Venus Williams in the women. Both were able to successfully defend their title. In the men's doubles, the defending champions were the pairing Rik De Voest and Dmitri Tursunow , in the women's doubles, the pairing Cara Black and Liezel Huber .
