The badge for the 25th anniversary of the victory over Germany consists of a round medal with the points of a star protruding from the side, which hangs on a 7-cornered clasp. On the medal is a Red Army soldier looking to the left with a flag of the Soviet Union in his right hand and a rifle in his left hand, who triumphs while standing on the German imperial eagle. To the left of the soldier is written “1945–1970”.
