The Ace 8.1 was a small car that Ace built from 1912 to 1914.

The car had a side-controlled four - cylinder in - line engine with 749 cm³ displacement (bore × stroke = 56 mm × 76 mm), which was supplied by Austin . The mixture was fed to the engine through a single Stethnos carburetor. The engine power was passed on to the rear wheels via a manual three-speed gearbox. The car had rigid axles at the front and rear, which were suspended from semi-elliptical longitudinal leaf springs. The wheelbase was 2184 mm, the track width 1143 mm.

The only body version was a two-seater Phaeton with a length of 3048 mm and a width of 1422 mm.

In 1914 production was stopped due to the war .
