Achim Späth

Achim Späth (* 1953 in Heilbronn ) is a German lawyer and football official .

Life

Achim Späth, born in the Heilbronn district of Böckingen , attended the Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium Heilbronn . Martin Hägele , who later became a sports journalist, was one of his classmates . Achim Späth is chief judge at the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court . Späth was elected chairman of the DFB Federal Court as the successor to Goetz Eilers in 2013 . He lives half of the year in Baden-Baden .
