Eight schools of Daoism

Under the generic term of the eight schools ( Chinese  八 派 , Pinyin ba pai ), the following schools are understood in Chinese Daoism :

• daode道德
• xiantian先天
• lingbao灵宝
• zhengyi正 一
• qingwei清 微
• jingming净 明
• yutang玉堂
• tianxin天 心
