The building at Adalbertstrasse 12 in the Maxvorstadt district of the Bavarian capital of Munich is a protected monument .

description

The five-storey tenement house in Adalbertstrasse with plastered stalls and richly decorated bay windows was built in 1898/99 by the architect Georg Seemiller for the master joiner Johann Reiter. The facade was designed in the style of the German Renaissance. The volute gable above the bay window was not rebuilt after it was destroyed in World War II . In 1976 the roof extension was made.
