The building at Adalbertstrasse 64 in the Maxvorstadt district of the Bavarian capital Munich is a protected monument .

description

The five-storey building in Adalbertstraße was built in 1889/90 for the building contractor Johann Widmann, who owned numerous properties on both sides of Adalbertstraße and built his own company between 1880 and 1901. The neo-renaissance building with flat bay windows has a brick facade with plastered rustics that was plastered over. The narrow entrance is on the west side. An apartment on each floor is accessed via a spiral platform staircase.
