Adams Parmäne (also Norfolk Pippin, Norfolk Russet, Matchless, Hanging Pearmain or Adams Pearmain) is a variety of apples .
It is a table apple with an aromatic sweet and sour taste. It was introduced in England in 1826 by Robert Adam, under the name Norfolk Pippin . Because of its weak growth, the variety should be grown on a vigorous seedling base . The fruits ripen at the beginning of October, are ready to eat from December and last until March.

The variety 'Adams Parmäne' is currently on the Red List of endangered native crops in Germany . This red list includes all species groups of indigenous useful plants and their varieties, local varieties and varieties that were adapted to local conditions in Germany and were of importance.
