The first, Adelheid von Wassel (* around October 27, 1175, † after 1244), first married Count Bernhard II of Ratzeburg († 1198) and, after his death, Count Adolf I von Dassel († 1224). In his second marriage, Adelheid von Loccum-Hallermund was married to Count Günter II von Käfernburg (Schwarzburg) and Hallermund (* around 1135, † 1197), his first wife Gertrud von Wettin († before 1180) the daughter of Margrave Conrad the Great von Meissen. Von Hallermund , who died on November 15, 1256, and as the second male descendant the later Archbishop of Magdeburg Wilbrand von Käfernburg (* 1180; † April 5, 1253), who held this office from 1235 held until his death.

With the death of her brother Ludolf in 1191, the County of Hallermund came to the Counts of Käfernburg via Adelheid.
