The aristocratic seat of Illerbachen is an abandoned castle in the Illerbachen suburb, half a kilometer west of the community of Berkheim in the Biberach district in Upper Swabia . It is located about 50 meters above the town center on a small plateau with the field name Jägerberg . Nothing is left of the former castle complex. The lords of Illerbachen were the builders of the aristocratic residence .
