Adnan Mansour

Adnan Mansour (also Adnan Mansur ; Arabic عدنان منصور; * 1946 in Burj El Barajneh ) is a Lebanese diplomat and former foreign minister.

Life

Mansour graduated from the Lebanese American University (LAU) in Beirut with a degree in political science . He was u. a. as ambassador to the Democratic Republic of the Congo (1990 to 1994), Iran (1999 to 2007) and Belgium (2007 to 2010). From June 13, 2011 to February 2014, he was Minister for Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Lebanon .

Mansour is Shiite .
