Adolph Wildgruber
Adolph Wildgruber (born August 26, 1820 in Innsbruck , † 1854 in Feldkirch ) was a Tyrolean Catholic priest.
After completing his theological studies in Innsbruck, Wildgruber received his ordination as a priest in 1844. During the revolutionary year of 1848 he worked as a field preacher with the Leutascher Schützen . After the turmoil he switched to teaching and worked as a professor at the grammar school in Feldkirch until his untimely death .
A volume of poems by Wildgruber in which he expressed deeply religious sentiments was published in 1854 under the title Geistliche Dichtungen .
