The Aerodrome Jonava ( lit.Jonavos aerodromas , also Aerodrome Gaižiūnai or Aerodrome Rukla ) is a former military airfield in Lithuania.

location

It is located about 9 km southeast of the city of Jonava in Lithuania . After Kaunas is 30 km to the southwest and Ukmerge is 40 km to the northeast.

nature

It is 102.5 hectares and was part of the military facilities in Rukla and Gaižiūnai . The airfield has a linear ramp with 24 parking spaces. The runway had a length of 2.4 km and was concreted. It is no longer used as an airfield and is ready for motorsport events.
