Monkey brain

Monkey brain is a monkey's brain . In Africa and China , among others, the brains of chimpanzees and gorillas are considered a delicacy .

Scientists warn against consumption because meat from animals infected with the Ebola virus is suspected of transferring it to humans when consumed across species boundaries and thus being the nucleus of epidemics of Ebola fever .
