Afonso Pegado (born April 6, 1987 ) is a Portuguese pentathlete who also competes as a summer biathlete .
Afonso Pegado from the AAACM association made his international debut at the 2009 Summer Biathlon World Championships in Oberhof . In the cross-country biathlon competitions, he was 56th in the sprint and came in 50th place in the subsequent pursuit.
