Afsa (stonemason)
Afsa , son of Hutu, was a Nabataean stonemason who worked in Hegra in the middle of the 1st century .
Afsa belonged to the stonemason school of Abd'obodat . Together with him and Hani'u, he is named as the executing stonemason in an inscription on one of the staircase grave facades . The tomb facade is dated by the inscription to the eleventh year of reign (50 AD) of the Nabatean king Malichus II .
