Agalega Creole is a Creole language based on French in the Agalega Islands in the Indian Ocean , which belong to Mauritius . Since the islands are closer to the Seychelles , the Seychelles radio can be received better than that of Mauritius. The language was therefore as strongly influenced by Seselwa as by Morisyen ; there are also influences of Malagasy .
