Agasikrates
Agasikrates ( Greek Ἀγασικράτης ; † before 259 BC) was a Greek architect who worked in the 1st half of the 3rd century BC. Was active in Delphi . He formed a dynasty of official temple architects in Delphi with his father Agathon and his son Agathocles .
He is said to have died in an inscription from the year 260/259 BC. BC (or a little earlier) mentioned. Afterwards, he was responsible for maintenance work on the Temple of Apollo VI, which his father had rebuilt, succeeding his father.
