The Agassiz Ice Cap is an ice cap in the northeast of Ellesmere Island . It is named after Louis Agassiz . The meltwater feeds Lake Tuborg in the east.

In the north it borders on the Northern Ellesmere Icefield , in the south on the Prince of Wales Mountains .
