The Agu Bay is a bay on the Baffin Island in the Canadian territory of Nunavut . The bay is on the Gulf of Boothia .

Agu Bay is 16.6 kilometers wide and 8.3 kilometers deep. From the bay, the two fjords Foss Fiord and Nyeboe Fiord cut into the interior of the island. Crown Prince Frederic Island is 16 kilometers south of the bay .
