Agudah for Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals, and Transgender in Israel ( Hebrew אגודת ההומואים, הלסביות, הביסקסואלים והטראנסקסואלים בישראל, Agudat HaHomosexualim, HaLesbijiot, HaBisexualim, VeHaTransexualim BeJisra'el , "The Union of Gays, Lesbians, Bisexuals and Transgender in Israel", also ( Hebrew אגודת הלהט״ב) or Aguda ( Hebrew האגודה, HaAguda , "The Union"), is Israel's national LGBT organization. It was founded in Tel Aviv , Israel in 1975 . It has branches in Tel Aviv, Beersheba , Kiryat Shmona , and Eilat .
