Ahlstrom-Munksjö Oyj is a global leader in fiber-based materials based in Helsinki . Ahlstrom-Munksjö produces, among other things, special papers . The company's shares are listed on Nasdaq Helsinki and Nasdaq Stockholm.

On March 31, 2017, Ahlstrom merged with Munksjö to become Ahlstrom-Munksjö. In the course of the merger, the German subsidiary in Osnabrück had to be sold. The paper mill was taken over by the financial investor Perusa and operates under the name Kämmerer .

Ahlstrom-Munksjö's range includes filter materials, release papers, materials for food and beverage processing, decor papers, backing papers for abrasives and adhesive tapes, electrical engineering paper, fiberglass materials, medical fiber materials and diagnostic solutions.
