Ai Gotō ( Japanese 後 藤 愛 , Gotō Ai ; born October 20, 1983 in Gifu Prefecture ) is a Japanese badminton player . She plays for the NTT East factory team .
Career
Ai Gotō finished ninth in the women's singles at the 2009 Badminton World Championships and the 2010 World Badminton Championships . At the 2010 Asian Games and the Denmark Open of the same year, she fought her way to fifth place. With the Japanese women's team, Goto came third in the Uber Cup 2010 team championship .
