The Aiken Creek is a 6 km long glacier stream in the Taylor Valley of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . Its headwaters are the Aiken Glacier , from which it flows north to Many Glaciers Pond and then west to Lake Fryxell . The river is also fed by part of the meltwater from the Wales Glacier .

The river is named after the American hydrologist George Richard Aiken, who was involved in field research on the Fryxell Lake system for the United States Geological Survey between 1987 and 1991.
