The Aim Rocks (loosely translated: bearing rocks ) are small, densely packed rock islands in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . They are located east of Cape Timblón in the middle of Morton Strait between Snow Island and Livingston Island .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee gave them a descriptive name in 1961 as the rocks serve as a landmark for the safe passage of the southern entrance to Morton Strait.
