Aiyana Tremayne Abukusumo-Whitney (born April 6, 1993 in Norwood, New Jersey ) is an American volleyball player .
Career
Whitney began her career at Northern Valley Regional High School in Old Tappan . From 2011 to 2015 she studied journalism at Pennsylvania State University and played on the university team during this time. The diagonal attacker won the college championship with the team in 2013 and 2014. In early 2016 she moved to Ponce Leones in Puerto Rico . In the summer she was signed by the German Bundesliga club Allianz MTV Stuttgart . In 2017 Whitney moved to China to work with Yunnan Nuzi Paiqiu Dui.
