Akala
Akala (born December 1, 1983 in Camden ; real name Kingslee Daley ) is a British rapper and grime musician with Scottish and Jamaican roots. He is the brother of Ms. Dynamite .
His first success was the 2005 song Roll wid Us , which also made it into the UK charts. In July of the same year he performed on Live 8 with his sister . His first album, It's Not a Rumor , was released on May 1, 2006.
As a teenager he was successful in mathematics in addition to his music, which is why he received a place at the Royal Institution . As his interest in science waned, he played as a junior footballer for West Ham United and Wimbledon FC until an injury ended his ambitions and he focused on music.
