Akito Fukuta ( Japanese 福田 晃 斗 , Fukuta Akito ; born May 1, 1992 in Mie Prefecture ) is a Japanese football player .

Career

Akito Fukuta learned to play soccer on the school team at Yokkaichi Chuo Technical High School and on the team at the National Institute of Fitness and Sports Kanoya . From here he was loaned to Sagan Tosu twice . The first loan took place from August 2013 to January 2014, the second loan from March 2014 to January 2015. After the loan ended, Sagan Tosu signed him up at the beginning of 2015. The club from Tosu , a town in Saga Prefecture on the island of Kyushu , played in the country's highest league, the J1 League . With Sagan Tosu, he took part in the Lunar New Year Cup , a tournament in Hong Kong , in 2019 . Here they lost in the final against Shandong Luneng Taishan with 1: 3. By 2019 he had played 89 first division games for Sagan. In early 2020, league rival Shonan Bellmare from Hiratsuka signed him.
