Akmon (son of Manes)
Akmon ( Greek Ἄκμων ) is in Greek mythology the son of Manes , brother of Doias and eponymous founder of the city Akmonia in Phrygia , near Ahat Köy about 10 km south of today's Banaz in Turkey .
He is the father of Mygdon , who fought against the Amazons .
