The Al Ain National Museum is the cultural-historical National Museum of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi . Located near the Eastern Fort (or Sultan Fort ) in Al Ain , the museum is also the oldest museum in the United Arab Emirates .

The Al Ain National Museum was founded by the former President of the United Arab Emirates Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan and opened on November 2nd, 1971 by Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammad Al Nahyan . The house is divided into two departments of Ethnography and Archeology of the Emirates. The highlights of the exhibition include archaeological finds from the Bronze Age from the Hili Archaeological Park and flint tools from the 5th millennium BC.
